All equipment/products sold through this website have the various manufacturer warranties offered to all customers that purchase through this website, if any issue arises which is RARE, please email or call us asap and we will handle any warranty with the manufacturer for you.

Shipping Policy:

Most item's are free USA ground shipping, signature is required, While we try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hours of receiving it, there could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. such as Mattress Systems, Bed Frames, Sling's, that require custom options to be built into the system In such an event you will be informed of an estimated shipping date. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you and give further instructions.


We Do Not Ship Orders to Freight Forwarders: No item's are shipped via Next Business Day / 2nd Business Day UNLESS THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THIS SHIPPING METHOD, OTHERWISE WE SHIP ALL ITEM'S REGULAR GROUND.

We Do Not Participate, Bill, Contract with or Accept Any Insurances: or Bill Insurance Companies, Medicare, Medicade, Government Programs, HMO, PPO, Blue Cross, Private Insurance Companies, We are not privy to your insurance plan, We Do Not Collect Customer Health Information, or Records.

Any DME or Medical Distributor: That orders from our website understands that we forward your orders to the Manufacturer of the equipment and the Manufacturer ships the equipment to you, when you receive your equipment via the trucking company it is up to your company what you do with the equipment, we are not involved with any dispensing of the equipment you receive, or responsible for what your end user does with the equipment.
 

35% Restocking Fee: if customer cancels the order before they get it, order is in Transit on the Truck before customer gets the product, or changes their mind for whatever reason in transit a 35% restocking fee and two way shipping charges will be charged back to the customer. EXCEPT A CUSTOM MADE PRODUCT THAN NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

A. No Refunds/No Returns are given on any Product PER COMPANY POLICYS/Hygiene Regulations/Contagoius Medical Conditions.

B. Any and ALL Medical products, once shipped and accepted by the customer(s), Put off to the side, Put in storage, do not use for whatever reason, or used, tried on, tested, sampled in any way, cannot be returned, will not be accepted for any reason per FDA and Company guidelines and regulations. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS.

C. Cancellation of a placed order: A order cancelled after it is shipped, or refuses delivery from the Customer for whatever reason, will have the No Return/Refund Policy apply as explained above. AND LISTED HERE: a 35% restocking fee and two way shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
